Tips for making a perfect biryani:

  • Use high-quality basmati rice. Basmati rice is long-grained and has a unique flavor and aroma that is perfect for biryani.

  • Soak the rice for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will help the rice to cook evenly and prevent it from becoming sticky.

  • Use fresh spices. Fresh spices have a stronger flavor than ground spices, so they will give your biryani a more authentic taste.

  • The rice should be cooked on medium heat, not overcooked or undercooked.

  • Serve the biryani hot. Biryani is best enjoyed when it is hot and fresh.
